In November 2003, I travelled to Uganda to see the Mountain Gorillas, featured in the movie, "Gorillas in the Mist".
Dianne Fosse lost her life trying to protect these gorillas. They are only found in a relatively small area at the junction
of Uganda, Rwanda and Congo. Since Rwanda and Congo were essentially closed to visitors at that time, I bought a permit
to visit them for two days in the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.
